How do I order online?

1. Choose your item, size, color and quantity.
2. Click on 'Add to Cart'.
3. Finished shopping? Click on your shopping cart in the top right corner for an overview. You can still edit items here.
4. Log into your account or easily create one if desired.
5. Fill in your address details.
6.Choose your preferred delivery method.
7. Add a discount code if desired.
8. Select your payment method and complete the order.

Do I need an account?

An account is helpful, but not required. With an account, you can order faster, manage your information, and always view your past orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our orders are processed quickly. Need to change or cancel something? Please contact our customer service team immediately.

Is an item reserved if it is in my shopping cart?

No, the item is only really yours after payment has been completed.

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. Also, check that your email address is correct in your account. Still having trouble? Please contact us.

Pay easily through your own bank in the familiar online payment environment. After approval, you'll receive immediate confirmation from your bank and return to our website.

Credit card

Your data is sent fully encrypted via secure SSL servers, so you can pay safely.

PayPal

Pay quickly and securely through your own PayPal account, without sharing your payment details. You'll receive immediate confirmation once your payment is completed.

Promotion or discount code

When ordering, you can enter a discount code in your shopping cart. Click "OK," and the discount will be applied immediately. Please note: only one discount code can be used per order.

We do our utmost to display accurate prices. The price in your shopping cart always prevails.
- On your bank or credit card statement, the order date is stated as the purchase date.
